Marla Coffin

Marla Coffin, President and CEO of Winfield Victoria Holdings LTD, is a serial entrepreneur from Windsor, Ontario. She co-founded MARDA Management Inc., owning over 100 rental units and managing thousands more for investors. In 2020 Huron Shores Property Management was acquired by Winfield Victoria Holdings as a way to break into the condominium management market, growing to thousands of units in Southwestern Ontario. Winfield Victoria has used several businesses to vertically integrate with their core property management companies including a bookkeeping firm, Vision in Numbers, a lawn and snow removal company, ANG Maintenance, a building supplies company, The Loading Dock Supply Co. and more! 

Marla's strategic vision has expanded her company’s influence across real estate and finance sectors. At home in Windsor with her husband Dale and their three daughters, Marla is deeply committed to her community. Marla is a member of the Finance & Audit Committee for the Board of Directors of Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare, is a longtime member of 100 Women Who Care, and is a member of The May Court Club of Windsor, along with other charitable organizations. Marla's journey reflects her entrepreneurial spirit, dedication to community service, and commitment to making a positive impact.
