Marla Coffin is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and the CEO of The Growth Arena, a business coaching and consulting firm that helps established business owners shift from operators to strategic leaders. Through customized coaching and consulting, she empowers entrepreneurs to scale, build leadership, and create sustainable, income-producing companies.
Marla’s expertise comes from over 15 years of entrepreneurial success. She and her husband, Dale Coffin, co-founded MARDA Management Inc., a residential property management firm in Windsor, Ontario, which they grew to 1,500+ rental doors. They stepped out of daily operations two years ago, turning the company into a fully passive asset.
In 2020, they acquired Huron Shores Property Management, expanding it from 350 to 2,600 condo units, and co-founded Vision in Numbers, a bookkeeping firm that now runs independently. Marla also launched a building supplies company for vertical integration and ANG Maintenance, a landscaping and snow removal business, both of which are operated by partners.
With these ventures running independently, Marla founded The Growth Arena to help other entrepreneurs replicate her journey—turning businesses into scalable assets and reclaiming their time as true CEOs.
